VAST 49th Annual Meeting
Hosted by the Rutland County Snowmobile Clubs
Killington Grand Hotel at Killington Mountain Resort in Killington, VT
6:00 AM -County Members arrive on site to finalize set up and prepare for day
-Vendors, Groomers who didn’t set up Friday (8/19) from 1:00 to 7:00PM, arrive and set up
8:00 AM –Vendors, groomers, antique sled display area opens (For Info on displaying an antique sled, please contact Dave Fucci at dfucci@comcast.net or 802-236-0910) – Upper Snowshed Parking Lot
8:30 AM – Registration opens in the Killington Grand Hotel – Lower Level
- Silent Auction opens Killington Grand Hotel – Lower Level – Ballroom
- Vouchers available for discounts on Gondola rides to the peak, Mountain biking trails, and the Adventure Center. Most areas open at 10:00
9:30-10:30 AM –VAST sponsored class –Setting up and using the VAST website - Lower Level KGH
11:30 AM –Registration closes.
11:45 AM –Lunch Buffet begins Killington Grand Hotel Small Ballroom – Lower Level

NOTE: You are only registering for the lunch which will happen prior to the actual meeting itself, because there is no registration for the meeting only.
1:00 PM – Lunch ends
1:00 PM – Annual Meeting begins Killington Grand Hotel Large Ballroom
5:00PM – Vendor Area Display closes

Plenty of parking available in the upper Snowshed parking lot. Some handicapped spaces in front of the Hotel. Shuttle available for those needing transport between hotel and vendors area.
* Lunch cost is $20.00 per person – reservations MUST be made by August 4th.
