The storm approaching could be the jump start we need with several storms behind it to get our trails the extra snow needed. We must be thankful that 2 weeks into the season we have had some riding available and grooming has started.

*WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY* The storm will move in from the west on Thursday morning with light snow. This is a two part storm, with the stronger part of the storm intensifying off the New England coast. This is a tight, compact storm, with a sharp cutoff from the heaviest snow to much less snow. Snow will be heaviest from the Green Mountains to the east, with lesser amounts to the west. Total snowfall from Thursday into Friday will be generally 10-20" from the Green Mountains into the Northeast Kingdom and northern New Hampshire. The western slopes of the Green Mountains will find 6-12", and the Champlain Valley and northern NY will see lesser amounts, generally 3-6".
