1600 Miles In VT 2016

It comes as no surprise that Dave has gotten in over 1600 miles riding every weekend this season but one and all those miles but 160 in Vermont during the 2016 season. Dave is known to clock as many as 5000 miles in Vermont in a season. Dave is a hard working family man with a true love for snowmobiling. To top it off before he goes on those high millage weekend runs he makes sure his wife and beautiful children are safe on the mountain enjoying a day of skiing. He does this with having to travel North and back South to his home in MA every weekend. Hats off to our fellow VAST Member, and one of our Northern Clubs VP and EZ RIDER Club Supporter. With a season like we just had the 1600 VT miles Dave has ridden is truly remarkable. Here are a few of his great pictures taken along the way and in his own words a quick recap on his ride this past weekend.

3/6/16: Left the house we rent in East Burke and on the trail by 8:30am. Crispy, late winter morning, the type of morning when you know spring is here but winter is hanging on. Pointed the truck up Victory Road through Victory and Granby to the spot where the 102 trail crosses the road near Wilke MT. I took a gamble that no one would be out, especially the Polar Bears groomer. There was a way around my truck. I carefully backed the truck and trailer into the trail. Unloaded the Beast.
