Purchasing your TMA locally

The Welcome Center in Island Pond will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for TMA sales, weekends beginning November 19th (Saturday and Sunday) and the day after Thanksgiving until December 16th  or trails are opened.  Our hours will then be extended. We will also be doing Vermont Registrations for renewals (which can also be done on line), registrations if your sled was previously registered in another state and you have the old registration from that state, and new registrations if the sled came from a dealer and you have a legible copy of the bill of sale.  We will not be doing state registrations from private sales and Vermont registrations can not be done through the mail.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call Janet at 802-895-2951.

TMA Application Form

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
This year, there have been some changes in the VAST trail passes (TMA’s).  There are now 2 categories under which you can buy your trail passes at the Welcome Center in Island Pond or through the mail. There is no longer a property owner TMA. It is now determined by where your snowmachine  is registered.  Before December 16th for the Early Bird Special, if your sled is registered in Vermont, you pay the lower fee which is $100 plus club dues of $30 for each sled($130).  If your sled is registered in any other state or province, you pay $130 plus club dues of $30 for each sled($160).  The Family rates for more than 2 sleds are still available before the December 16th Early Bird deadline.  The first 2 sleds are at the regular rates and all sleds beyond that are at a reduced rate of $84 plus $30 club dues for each sled ($114) for Vermont registered sleds and $107 plus $30 for each sled ($137) for out of state registrations.  All sleds must be registered to the same person and have the same address.  After the 15th of December, there is no longer the family rate available.  All checks must be made out to Brighton Snowmobile Club-not VAST-and sent to Brighton Snowmobile Club, P.O. Box 400, Island Pond, Vermont 05846.  You MUST send a copy of your CURRENT (not last year’s) registration with your application form. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit cards.
NOTE: A copy of your current snowmobile registration must accompany all
applications
